We are able to refund returned merchandise if received within 15 days from the date of delivery, except on personalized items. Personalized items are not refundable and all sales are final. Please note that every effort will be made to refund expeditiously but processing can take up to approximately two weeks from the time the return is received and processed.
For all returns we respectfully ask that you utilize our return process to ensure there are no delays with providing refunds.
To return merchandise please first contact us by emailing contactus@TheTrendySpace.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item.
You must reference this return authorization number (RA#) on your return shipment paperwork so it can be easily received back in when returned. We also respectfully request that a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return is included with your returned merchandise.
The Trendy Space requires that merchandise be returned in its original saleable condition. The merchandise must be received in unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. The Trendy Space will not be responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
After 15 days of delivery, all sales are final.
Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days from original delivery, or not in original saleable condition will be kept.
Return shipping charges incurred must be prepaid by the customer unless the return was caused by The Trendy Space filling an incorrect original order.
Exchanged items are not eligible for free shipping unless the original order was filled in error.
All Final Sale merchandise, including personalized items, are final sale and no refunds or exchanges can be allowed.
